My Accomplishments include:

* 1987 Honorable Discharge - US Army Infantry

* 1993 Taught 7 student pilots how to fly and to obtain their Private Pilot Licenses within the minimum 40 hour FAA requirements (the national average at that time was over 70 hours). And ... all of the students passed on their FIRST attempt!

* 1993 Marketed and assisted in operating the FBO (fixed base operator) and flight school in Kelso, WA and got it to profitability within 4 months.

* 1999 SDA Language School, Tokyo, Japan. Single-handedly increased enrollment from 33 students to 68 students (a 206% increase) in just over 2 months!

* 2001 Was coordinator at the Shinchon SDA Language School in South Korea and drew over 110 students to our weekend religious services. The other SDA institutes averaged around 30~50 per event.

* 2004 Wrote an ebook "The Secrets of Mastering English" and sold over 100 copies at $20 each with no sales or marketing costs. I did all this by email and a free generic/ugly blog!

* 2005 Was ranked #19 out of over 63,000 competitors on Microsoft's "Stock Picking" competition

* 2004 ~ 2007 Had the highest success rate of all level six teachers at SDA Language Institues, Korea. Assisted high level students to pass the graduation test and consistently had 5 out of 6 or better than 80% pass on the first attempt for over three years running.

* 2007 One of the first english teachers in South Korea to implement and fine-tune the use of online private teaching

* 2008 Created a video for youtube on how Nathan Rothschild was able to buy the whole British Economy for pennies on the pound - this video drew over 1,000 views within the first 72 hours! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dr7P4GnWPEE (as of August 2009, over 10,000 views)

* 2009 Started a new career in real estate investing, specializing in lease purchase and within the first month, bought and sold 2 homes.
